Communication with staff. Size of the accommodation. Non-functional Wifi. Weak air conditioning regarding the heat.

If by "suite" you mean a veranda on the terrace on the 4th floor without an elevator, with windows on two sides and on two sandwich panels, sunny from 8 in the morning, very hot, with the unusable air conditioner above the bed (the filters were completely clogged and the airflow went right onto the bed), without a wardrobe, without hangers, without bedside tables, without a luggage rack, without a mirror in the bathroom, then okay! We also found 2 rolls of toilet paper above the bed headboard (perhaps a cleaning staff oversight). Unlivable environment; fortunately it was only for one night.
