Seemed to be a bit isolated from everything
The breakfast was great and on time each morning. Rico did a fantastic job! The kids loved the pool and everyone had their private space if they needed. I would recommend taking advantage of their concierge service as Holeva got us a day trip to Malamala from the Naisoso Marina.

A car is a necessity for transport because of the location but Lulu and Hector were very accommodating with their van. Later when the Radisson is complete there should be more to offer at Naisoso.
The location was nice and watching the sunrise was amazing! They provided breakfast which was different everyday and very yummy! We couldn’t finish it all.

Property was a little run down and things weren’t working such as the air conditioning and fan in some rooms. The gas for the bbq ran out, so we had to make multiple phone calls to the property manager. Some things were fixed and others weren’t due to weekend and they advised we need to wait until Monday but we booked for the weekend so it wasn’t inconvenient for us.

Villa 104 was lovely and spacious, for family and/or friends. Serene garden surrounding the pool. Excellent entertaining dining tables inside and poolside. Villa was much larger than photos show Daily gourmet breakfast was next level good, if we stayed again we would probably request certain food we would be guaranteed to eat (like just bacon, eggs and toast). For those with broader palettes, foods like salmon, egg muffins, sausages, pastries and fruit for provided daily. Daily cleaning of common areas, linen change every third day. Complimentary shuttle once per day to the nearest supermarket True Mart, standard AUD pricing of groceries. Staff were all amazing. Location is right beside airport. Would highly recommend you have own vehicle and driver to get around. 20mins to sleeping giant zipline 45mins to The Landing 15 mins to New World 30mins to The Beach Club

Pre arrival forms submitted but felt like they weren't read Mosquito's near the pool, take itch cream etc (didnt seem to be a problem across the road at Villa 85) We lost hot water at one point, maintenance were quick to repair following day

Requires alot of maintenance! The place is looking very tired with things not working Overcharging with initial stay then staff very pushy to use ‘their’ packages which we found extremely inflated. Wanting to ‘charge the room for transport’ We paid cash but it was still added to account requiring an awkward conversation Frequently interrupted in Villa by maintenance staff just walking into the yard. Arranged for earlier breakfast within allocated timeframe because of tour. Didn’t arrive so was asked it be put in the fridge for our return. Left on the table all day. Wasting it Didn’t show up when organised, lacked communication when requesting confirmation of pick up times.
