Requires a lot of maintenance! The place is looking very tired with things not working. Overcharging with initial stay then staff very pushy to use ‘their’ packages which we found extremely inflated. Wanting to ‘charge the room for transport’. We paid cash but it was still added to account requiring an awkward conversation. Frequently interrupted in Villa by maintenance staff just walking into the yard. Arranged for earlier breakfast within allocated timeframe because of tour. Didn’t arrive so was asked it be put in the fridge for our return. Left on the table all day. Wasting it. Didn’t show up when organized, lacked communication when requesting confirmation of pick up times.
