Generally praised as very clean in multiple reviews, though a few comments noted tired carpets and a request for more attention to room cleanliness; overall slightly above average cleanliness.
Staff repeatedly described as helpful, friendly and professional (quick responses, attentive reception), with only isolated negative mention of an unfriendly staff member; overall strong service.
Consistently described as central and excellent — short walk to the main square and close to services; one of the strongest positives across reviews.
Many guests found rooms comfortable, roomy and well-appointed, but a few reported an uncomfortable mattress, an older/dated room and one case of stains on bedding; mixed but generally good.
Breakfast offering and basic amenities were praised, but issues noted include weak/unstable internet and a tricky parking entrance; decent amenities with some shortcomings.
Several reviewers explicitly noted great value and good price-quality ratio; positive perception of value overall.
Breakfast frequently described as very good, varied and high quality, though a few found the breakfast room small/basic; overall strong F&B experience.
Overall consistently positive stays, with praise for location, staff and breakfast balanced by some notes on dated areas, occasional mattress/cleanliness issues and internet/parking quirks.

La sala colazione era un pò piccola. Il resto tutto ok!
First of all, I was given an upgraded room—it was more spacious, and the bed was larger. Both the room itself and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly. The hotel is located in the city center, not far from Skanderbeg Square and the large Toptani shopping mall. You can pay for your stay by bank card in euros.

We visited the hotel’s restaurant only once. The menu was disappointing, and the prices were high.
