The hotel entrance is hidden and difficult to reach, besides not having a sidewalk to walk on to get there. The room views are quite poor.
Location was perfect for general sightseeing. The breakfast had several options including some hot food and fruits, pastries. Frida at the front desk was particularly helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet.

The lobby was small and they do not have a place to keep luggage other than by the desk if you arrive before the room is ready. The receptionist was often away from the desk leaving our luggage unsupervised. We did not have any issues but at minimal they should have a closet to put baggage. Our first room was unusually hot as the A/C only blew out warm air. We got little sleep the first night. Luckily, Frida listened to our complaint and moved us to a room where the A/C worked normally. Most of the staff was not that friendly. Frida and the lady at breakfast stood out as being welcoming and always smiling.

Note, Hotel’s taxi pick-up costs 25€, not 24€. The driver expected to get 25€ in notes and was angry when getting 24€. 4€ of course in coins. He did not accept coins so not a nice situation indeed. Where I come from hardly ever cash is used, so I do not have cash & 5/10/20€ notes. Only one key per room was given.
The structure is right in the center of Tirana, reachable by many side streets on foot and close to good restaurants. Excellent continental breakfast and huge rooms.

The included parking in Tirana is very convenient but the men who manage it speak little English and are rude.
The location was great. And my sister had a birthday and they upgraded the room. The crew was so nice and helped us so much.
