Opiniones de los huéspedes

• Cleanliness5.8

Mixed comments: several guests praised room cleanliness but multiple mentions of a not-very-clean bathroom on arrival, cigarette smell in a room, and water from a short shower curtain — overall slightly below average.

• Service7.6

Generally positive: staff described as professional, helpful, and even upgraded a room for guests; some check-in/booking friction noted but service interactions were praised overall.

• Location8.8

Consistently strong: repeatedly described as central, on the Strip, connected to Paris, convenient for Sphere/MGM, walking distance to other attractions — clear location strength.

• Room Quality8.4

Rooms frequently described as spacious, comfortable beds and chairs, modern/stylish bathrooms, good furniture, large TVs and suites with bathtubs — strong room quality overall.

• Amenities6.4

Mixed: good connectivity to Paris and on-site entertainment/food courts, but missing in-room coffee/tea facilities, limited pool shade, and some guest inconvenience from parking/long walks from certain levels.

• Value for Money9.0

Very positive: many guests explicitly call out excellent value, reasonable pricing, and great deals through booking channels — clear strength.

• Food and Beverage6.8

Neutral to mixed: some notable positive experiences (highly praised steakhouse, food courts), but complaints about high cafe prices and limited in-room beverage options or hot water for coffee.

• Overall Experience8.0

Generally very positive: multiple guests said they loved their stay, would return, and had great experiences for the price; minor issues did not overshadow enjoyment for most.

El "resort fee" que no está incluido en el valor informado en booking y que no tiene justificación alguna. Todos los hoteles lo cobran, pero deberia ser parte de la tarifa y no algo escondido.

No tea or coffee in the room. Maybe just fix the bottom door seal in the shower so water won’t leak on the floor.

La habitación la había reservado con vista al strip y me la dieron con vista al techo donde se veían nada mas las salidas de aire acondicionado y de los extractores, cuando llegue a la recepción me dijeron que debía pagar, mas por tener una mejor habitación.
