前台工作人员的处理水平很差。总费用为1，部分费用2、3、4分别用A卡支付，但支付时2、4用A卡支付，然后计算错误。他们不使用韩文翻译或翻译机，只用英文说话。为什么不能取消错误的计算，重新正确计算，而是要在3到5个工作日后才会退款呢？
