Hotel war schnell vom U-Bahnhof High Street Kensington (Circle Line) fussläufig zu erreichen. Bussanbindung ebenfalls. Frühstück war gut, bot aber in den vier Tagen keine Abwechslung. Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schwimmbad im Untergeschoß gut. Zimmer in ruhiger Lage hofseitig. Sauber.

Zimmer recht klein, aber ausreichend, Leider keine deutschen TV Sender, Hotel im Ganzen könnte demnächst eine Renovierung erfahren, z.B. Teppichböden etc. Badezimmer sehr eng, keine gute Ablagemöglichkeit am Waschbecken, Duschwand nicht dicht zum Badewannenrand. Toilettenbrille war locker. Leider keine Kleiderhacken für Jacken im Eingangsbereich. Schränke hatte wenig Einlegeböden. Preiskathegorie obere Grenze.

Rooms were quite small inside.
Staff is excellent on property we had a few hiccups with our initial room but the staff offered us an another room. Georgina at reception is lovely her warm smile made us feel welcome and the other members of staff are equally excellent.
