Rooms feel a little tired and need deep cleaning ... possibly renew the grey mats. Pool is in need of major refurbishment with broken tiles and exit ladder.
The hotel is clean and breakfast was good

Our room was just above the loading bay and couldn’t sleep because of the constant noise from the trolley’s being rolled in/out of the trucks

There was nothing I could say we did not enjoy. I have no complaints. We travelled with 11 family members and we all had only good comments regarding your hotel
