Rin was exceptional at the desk. She was very helpful when we couldn’t get in the parking garage. All check people were very helpful.

We came back from mountains one night and couldn’t get in the garage- it was full! Are you kidding me- we were staying 3 nights. Rin helped us get to another garage and removed so parking charges. Give her a raise!!

It by far has the worst elevator and parking garage system I’ve ever experienced. Every guest I talked to said the same thing. Elevator requires you to scan your key before choosing the floor and gives you about 2 seconds to make the choice. Parking garage is only accessible via specific elevators. Call those elevators and they other non-parking elevators come. Elevators skip you going up or down. Multiple times I had to wait 20 minutes+ to get to e correct elevator. Take the stairs? NOPE. Sets off a security alarm. Parking is $55/night - which they do disclose in their own website but third party sites make no mention of it. The homeless problem in Denver is very evident as the surrounding area reeked of urine and excrement. Overall I would not recommend.
