I love the location. The room size was great and I could barely hear the people above me or next to me, that alone was worth it. The breakfast was decent, I appreciated that it was offered. I hung the do not disturb sign and the staff actually respected it and didn't knock early in the AM. Thank you!

The staff was very meh.. No greeting, ever. No smiles or polite attitude. It seemed like it was hard for them to be there and simply do the job. I get it, but if you are in customer service that is just part of the job. There were cobwebs and dirty things in the room. The shower clogged every time I showered.

Staff. It is not possible not to be able to check in because the systems have been blocked for an entire day. It all started with an absurd lack of clarity: some were told that everything would be resolved in 10 minutes, others in an hour, others simply "I don't know".

Access to the parking garage was inconvenient. Often had to wait extended times for one of the designated elevators that serviced the other floors too.
