Multiple guests mention rooms were perfectly clean and well maintained; generally a strong positive across reviews.
- Service9.3
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and always available, though a few notes about limited room reallocation and passport check formalities.
- Location10.0
Consistently praised as perfect/central in the Old Town and quiet despite the central position; strongest positive theme in reviews.
- Room Quality9.0
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable beds and well appointed with good bathrooms and AC, but some guests noted issues (no shower door, lack of bedside table, ground-floor privacy concerns).
- Amenities9.0
Good in-room amenities mentioned (effective AC, quality bath products, parking nearby) but some buildings lack a lift and layout varies by building.
- Value for Money7.4
Mixed sentiment: several guests felt price was high for occasional shortcomings (no hot water outage, lack of compensation, average accommodations for price).
- Food and Beverage8.6
Breakfast generally praised for quality and variety, though some guests found the breakfast room dark/cramped and offerings limited in practice.
- Overall Experience9.0
Overall largely positive: great location, quiet and comfortable stay with friendly staff, tempered by occasional facility or value issues reported by a minority of guests.
