We were with a small child. The room was on the second floor at the end of the corridor and we had to climb stairs because the elevator did not reach there. We left the stroller in the lobby. The hotel staff was excellent and helped us. It bothered us that they did not clean and tidy the rooms properly every day

The bed topper was not very breathable and uncomfortable, nice outdoor area for breakfast but the indoor breakfast area in the pub restaurant of the structure was a bit gloomy, a little morning light wouldn't hurt

I did not realize it was a cluster of buildings. I would have enjoyed direct access to the lobby during the hurricane. My unit did not have an elevator. Although it was only the 1st floor (2), I am 83 and had a heavy suitcase as this was an extended tour. Staff DID carry it up. Cleaning of the room was sporadic(not daily). Bottled water was not free????? Very mediocre breakfast. Glad I did not sign up for daily breakfast.
