**10/10 — An Amazing Family Getaway!** We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ritz, and I can honestly say it was a perfect, stress-free four-day family getaway. The staff were amazing from beginning to end — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were especially wonderful with my 4-year-old son and made our whole family feel so comfortable and well taken care of. We actually felt so welcomed that we ended up booking another room for my sister’s family as well! The breakfast is always amazing, as it has been for us for many, many years. We also really enjoyed the Ritz Kids activities. My son had such a great time with the cooking class, scavenger hunt, and other activities. The kids' meals were also a great touch. We loved having lounge access, and the swimming pool was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing — exactly what we needed for a family break. We also booked airport transportation both ways, and everything went smoothly and professionally. Overall, it was simply perfect. From the wonderful staff and family-friendly activities to the food, pool, lounge, and smooth airport transfers, everything made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back! **10/10 — highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!**

The whole hotel is in need of a rennovation. The property feels tired Breakfast is very poor compared to other hotels in Jakarta. Food is mediocre and the tables are left unclean. If you want a true 5* experience you’re much better off at Raffles of the St Regis

c'est le Ritz! fidel à sa réputation, nous avons passé une nuit dans cette hotel avant d'entamer 18H de vol pour rentrer à la maison (2 chambres 3 adultes et 2 enfants), nous avons choisis cet hotel pour nous reposer... nous n'avons pas été décu, la grandeur de la chambre (deux lits king size), SDB très grande, chambre très spacieuse, le personnel vraiment au petit soin, piscine tres grande, buffet du matin dans un restaurant magnifique très variés... en 19 jours nous avons séjourné dans 5 hotels de luxe 5* en indonesie (Sheraton Mariott...) mais le ritz garde sa petite particularitée dans tout : juste l'omelette du matin fait la différence!
