The whole hotel is in need of a renovation. The property feels tired
It's the Ritz! True to its reputation, we spent a night at this hotel before embarking on an 18-hour flight back home (2 rooms 3 adults and 2 children), we chose this hotel to rest... we were not disappointed, the size of the room (two king-size beds), very large bathroom, very spacious room, the staff really took care of us, very large pool, morning buffet in a very varied and beautiful restaurant... in 19 days we stayed in 5 luxury 5* hotels in Indonesia (Sheraton Marriott...) but the Ritz keeps its little particularity in everything: just the morning omelette makes the difference!
