Carpets on stairway were filthy. Starting to look run down. In our room, 2 sockets didn’t work and were loose. We’ve stayed here many times when it was Novotel, however you can tell that it is now a more budget company. I wouldn’t mind that at all if the rooms were actually cheaper than when it was Novotel, but they’re not. On the whole, can’t complain at all. Just not to the previous high standards. But I guess that is expected.

An effort and a half to check in. The lad on reception had the patience of a saint with me. Also, we were in block 2. He told us what direction to go in but as we left block 1 / reception we felt completely lost. We had to go back in to ask where we were going. He did take us to the front door.
