Disappointing room experience, but the staff shines I had a rough stay due to serious room issues & a sleepless night, but the hospitality of some staff members deserves recognition; Helena at the front desk was incredibly sweet, understanding, professional & proactive in trying to help me resolve it. Hila was also wonderful and pleasant every time we spoke. The restaurant team was equally lovely: the chef kept checking the area to ensure the food was fresh (which it was!),& the waiters, German and Alisa, were wonderful and attentive. Their hospitality completely turned my morning around before a long day of work on my feet. The room itself had nice touches like wooden floors, a quiet fridge, and a full-length mirror, the Bed is big & very comf. Additionally, the location near the beach is perfect & it is a great bonus that they accept payment with "Buyme" gift cards.

Oh, where do I start... Since this was a work trip, I called ahead to ask questions & ensure an easier stay because I travelled with heavy work gear. The guy on the phone was very nice & informative, so I chose this hotel based on location, parking & payment options. Only upon arrival did I realize how misleading it was—neither the staff, website, nor booking site mentioned the massive construction outside. This resulted in me hauling heavy gear around the block just to find the entrance. To make matters worse, the parking elevator was broken, so I had to carry everything down 4 floors by foot (& back up when I checked out). I thought it would all be okay after check-in, but apparently not. The "noise-isolated" rooms were completely untrue. At 11:30 PM, the construction outside was so loud it resulted in me spending 2+ hours changing rooms: • Room 1: Deafening construction noise. • Room 2: Flooded-looking floors, dirty towels, broken room phone & safe, cockroaches, & loud intimate noises from neighbors. • Room 3: Loud intimate noises from neighbors here too & in the morning I discovered the shower window gives a direct view to the construction workers outside. During these miserable late-night room hops, no AC worked in the corridors, & the elevator was the slowest out of any elevator I've ever been in. After this fiasco, I was told management would contact me to hear about the issues & compensate me somehow. To this day, 3 months later, absolutely no one has contacted me from the hotel, even though the manager saw me at breakfast the next morning. If it wasn't for the long work day ahead & long drive home after, I would have left immediately. The experience was incredibly disappointing & exhausting.
