החדר הוזמן לחופשה משפחתית עם 2 ילדים)2 חדרים( ביקשתי חדרים קרובים כי הילדים קטנים ולקחנו חדר אחד עם מרפסת וחדר אחד בלי, המלון מפרט שהוא במקום מרכזי וארוחת הבוקר מפנקת. הגענו עם הרבה צפיות לצערי אכזבה עצומה! הגענו למלון שנמצא בלב אתר בניה של הרכבת הקלה. אין מדרכה נורמלית ללכת עחיה אין גישה לרחוב הראשי. החניון הכי קרוב יקר מאוד וללא הסדר ונמצא בצד השני של המדרכה שכמובן חסומה בגלל הבניה וצריך ללכת ממש רחוק כדי להגיע לרכב. ואז הגענו לקבלה, יושבות שם בחורות צעירות שאין להם מושג מהחיים ומנהלת מלון שבמקום לעזור אק מפריעה להם עם שאלות תוך כדי שהן עושות צק אין. כבר בקבלה גילינו שהחדרים ממש לא קרובים ואפילו באותה קומה אבל כמובן שאין מה לעשות. ניסיתי חבקד העברה או פתרון אחר ופשוט לא רצו לסייע. המלון מספר באתר שיש שמפניה וכיהוד קל בכניסה וממש קיווינו למצוא כזה אחרי הטרטור שעברנו עם החניה וההחיכה בחום לצערינו מצאנו קערה שפעם היה בה איזה עוגיות יבשות ובקבוק שמפניה ריק שמחכה שיפנו אותו. עלינו לחדר בתקווה שלפחות זה יהיה טוב והבנו שהחדרים נראים מזעזע!! בחדר שלנו הרצפה היתה שבורה היה לנו פעמיים הפסקת חשמל והמרפסת ששילמנו לא מעט כסף כדי לשדרג לחדר עם מרפסת התגלתה כנפילה גגולה, מרפסת מעופשת כל הקירות מתקלפים ומלאים רטיבות ועובש, אדניות עם משהו שפעם כנראה היה עץ והיום רק קרש יבש והנוף הוא קירות ובניינים שסוגרים על המרפסת. שום נוף או סיבה הגיונית לשבת בה. בנוסף כדי לצאת מהמרפסת יש 3 מדרגות שצריך לעלות ואין נגישות!!!!! בשום שלב לא הזכירו את זה. כמובן שלא כתבו שהמלון נמצא האיזור של בניה ושיפוץ ואין שום גישה לרכב/מונית/מדרכה. בקיצור מאכזב! מאכזב! ולא נחזור בשום מצב ובטח שלא נמליץ.

Parking was an issue, they refaired me to a near by pivate parking space, it has multiple floors and the elevator seems permenently out of service, so carrying lugage was a nightmare. The receptionist of the hotel told me on the phone wrong information regarding how the parking lot calculates the time your car parks there and I got charged for an extra day. When I to complain the same person told me that Im wrong and she told how it is which is simply a lie.
