All was very pleasant for the exception of 1 house keeping member, however when pointed out the situation was resolved from Leah & Sophie (house keeping supervisors) of which I was thankful for. Kelly in the Executive Lounge was exceptional very personable-lovely which made up for the other staff member Keep up the good work girls, Concereige were also very friendly n helpful
