Opiniones de los huéspedes
- Cleanliness8.0
Generally described as very nice and clean in multiple reviews, though a few comments mention pool hygiene could be improved.
- Service9.0
Consistently praised staff: accommodating, friendly and professional across many reviews (mentions of Charles, Ann and helpful reception/staff).
- Location9.0
Frequently highlighted as an excellent/central location, close to city centre, markets and transport links — a clear strong point.
- Room Quality7.0
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable by some, but several comments note dated rooms, thin walls/noise and occasional missing in-room items (phone, fridge).
- Amenities6.5
Amenities are mixed: good restaurant and pool present, but pool maintenance and lack of some in-room amenities (hairdryer, fridge, phone) were repeatedly mentioned.
- Value for Money7.0
Multiple guests found the price-quality acceptable or good value for short/business stays, though several guests criticized the cost/quality of breakfast and some felt services were not fully in line with price.
- Food and Beverage9.0
Restaurant and dinner received strong praise in many reviews (several called the food excellent and the restaurant great), a notable positive.
- Overall Experience8.5
Overall stays are pleasant and recommended by many: comfortable grounds, helpful staff and good dining; some negatives (noise, dated aspects, breakfast cost) temper the score.

Breakfast could have improved
Great stop for 1 night although we got there late and up early so only there a few hours.

We paid for breakfast in the morning and I felt it was a bit overpriced for what it was

Lovely old world hotel in lush surroundings on one side with plenty of bird life despite being in the city. Main road on the other side, but you don't really notice it especially with the River Nairobi rushing and burbling in the background. Staff lovely. Very clean, including the pool, which is a decent size for cooling plunge or relaxed lengths. Breakfast standard fare and good. Overall very good value, no complaints. Lots of locals stay here for conferences etc so its not just a tourist hotel, we liked this. Beds comfy, room and bed generous for city hotel. Our window opened onto the garden and overlooked the lush forest opposite, a real bonus! AC in room is good [but not every room - worth checking] We used Boulevard as a base before joining our tour with Intrepid Travel. We can also recommend Intrepid, organised efficient reliable with lovely staff and they make sure they support the local communities we visit.

Main road proximity. However the road is elevated so it actually doesn't impact the hotel much and privacy is maintained. Gated property, we didnt feel safe to walk out but hotel transport or Uber is an easy option. No mosquito nets. We rigged our own but no malaria here.
