Staff were mostly friendly. Room and bed were big. Food was good, especially the salads.

We had a problem with laundry. We stayed here at the beginning and end of a tour. We put in laundry but only after we left did we discover an ironing burn with holes on my partner's expensive travel shirt. They did not tell us. On our return we pointed it out and were asked what we want. We asked for later checkout as our flight was at night. We were told ok. The guy in charge of the laundry also took the shirt and sewed a patch on it by using a pocket. But while we were relaxing we started having people ask us to leave at normal checkout time, all the way up to the manager. In the end we were allowed an extra 2 hours, but not a lot and a lot of stress for a damaged shirt. I accept that things go wrong, what I judge is how it is dealt with and I think this was poor.
