Otel mükemmel bir merkezi konumdaydı, sabah erken saatte pijamalarla Uffizi'ye gidecek kadar. :) Ünlü heykellerle beraber uyuduk uyandık diyebiliriz :D Otel çalışanlarıyla özel isteklerimizi mail yoluyla konuşabilmemiz ve çalışanların bize çok yardımcı olmaları bizi rahat hissettirdi. Odalar geniş ve imkanlar açısından iyiydi. Rezervasyon yaparken bir otel odası gibi değil de stüdyo daire gibi olacağını bilerek bu rezervasyonumuzu yaptırdık. Bu açıdan çocuklu ailelerin konaklaması için gayet iyi bir oteldi. Özellikle mutfak eşyaları kendi yemeğinizi yapabilmeniz için size çok iyi imkanlar sunuyordu. Gayet fiyat performans oteliydi.

Rezervasyon yaparken baktığımız fotoğrafların gerçekteki odalarla farklı olduğunu gördük. Fotoğraflar üstünde düzeltmeler yapılmıştı. Bunu göz önünde bulundurarak rezervasyonunuzu yapın. Evet eski bir bina ama oda içleri o kadar da eski değil. Işıklandırmasında büyük bir sıkıntı var. Biz manzaralı bir odada değildik bundan dolayı pencerelerden ışık da gelmiyordu. Yani sabahları aydınlık bir oda beklemeyin. Uzun süre kalındığında havalandırma açısından da sıkıntı yaşanabilir. Belki bir öneri olarak da resepsiyon çalışma saatleri genişletilebilir.

The location was amazing right in the center of Florence, super quick walking distance to all the main sites of Florence, including restaurants. The rooms where clean modern and extremely spacious compared to some of the other hotels I have stayed in, in Florence. You could move in the bathroom! We were a family of 4 and had a 2 room apartment and did not feel on top of each other. We were lucky the other guests were not loud and the place was comfortably quiet. Even though the hotel was on a main tourist piazza at night we could not hear any noise from the streets, however we were at the back and not facing the square so this may have been a factor in the peacefulness. As were were at the back we did not have the main view of the Piazza but we did have beautiful views for the hills and Boboli gardens in the distance. In the rooms the hotel also left local suggestions of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and gelato shops which was a nice touch as there are so many to choose from when there. The staff at the hotel were extremely warm and welcoming to myself and my family.

The only minor issue we had was the plug sockets, we had the 2 pin adaptors for Italy and majority of sockets in the room were 3 pin, there were 2 pin sockets however these were in the bathroom and one in the living room and kitchen, but the more convenient sockets by the bed were 3 pins, this is not a hotel issue but more of a travel guidance and have noticed this across all hotel in Italy.

Cleanliness is my top priority when searching for a place to call home for a day or two. I would highly recommend staying here.
