The hotel was in an excellent central location, early in the morning enough to go to Uffizi in pajamas. :) We can say that we slept and woke up with famous sculptures :D Being able to discuss our special requests with the hotel staff via email and the helpfulness of the staff made us feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious and good in terms of facilities. Knowing that the reservation would be more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, we made our reservation. In this respect, it was a very good hotel for families with children. Especially the kitchen utensils offered very good facilities for you to cook your own meal. It was a very good value for money hotel.

When making a reservation, we saw that the photos we looked at were different from the actual rooms. Corrections had been made on the photos. Make your reservation considering this. Yes, it is an old building but the rooms are not that old. There is a big problem with the lighting. We were not in a room with a view, so there was no light coming in from the windows. So do not expect a bright room in the mornings. There may be ventilation problems when staying for a long time. Perhaps as a suggestion, reception working hours could be extended.

Odalar temiz, modern ve diğer Floransa otellerine kıyasla son derece genişti. Banyoya taşınabilirdiniz! 4 kişilik bir aileydik ve 2 odalı bir dairede kaldık ve birbirimizin üzerinde hissetmedik. Diğer konuklar gürültülü değildi ve yer oldukça sessizdi. Otel ana bir turist meydanında olmasına rağmen gece sokaklardan hiçbir ses duyamadık, ancak arkadaydık ve meydana bakmıyorduk, bu da huzurun bir faktörü olabilir. Arkadaydık ve ana Piazza'nın ana manzarasına sahip değildik ama uzakta tepelere ve Boboli bahçelerine güzel manzaralarımız vardı. Otel odalarında ayrıca, orada bulunduğunuzda seçebileceğiniz birçok kafe, restoran, bakkal ve dondurma dükkanı hakkında yerel öneriler bıraktılar, bu da güzel bir dokunuştu. Oteldeki personel benim aileme ve bana son derece sıcak ve samimi davrandı.

Tek küçük sorun yaşadığımız şey priz soketleriydi, İtalya için 2 pin adaptörlerimiz vardı ve odadaki prizlerin çoğu 3 pinliydi, ancak banyoda ve oturma odasında ve mutfakta 2 pinli prizler vardı, ancak yatağın yanındaki daha uygun prizler 3 pinliydi, bu bir otel sorunu değil, daha çok bir seyahat rehberliği ve bunu İtalya'daki tüm otellerde fark ettim.
