Vor dem Haus ist eine Straßenbahnlinie - dadurch ist es recht laut, wenn das Zimmer zur Straße liegt. Besonders die häufigen Polizei- und Krankenwagensirenen haben genervt. Dagegen hilft leider auch das geschlossene Fenster nicht.

Struttura distaccata rispetto all'hotel con tutto quanto ne consegue. Per la colazione serve uscire dalla struttura ed entrare nell'hotel vero e proprio. Assenza di ascensore
