Good access from the station, walking distance to the old town. No problem with access right in front of the tram station. About 13 minutes to the bus stop for Auschwitz. The room itself is grand, with high ceilings and an old European feel, which I think is good for those who like that kind of thing. Breakfast was very delicious.

The front desk is in a different hotel, so you have to move for check-in and breakfast each time. You have to unlock the door twice to get to the room. Furthermore, the way to unlock the door is quite special and difficult. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to the upper floors. The bed mattress is too soft and hurts the back. The water pressure in the shower and sink is extremely weak. Hot water comes out properly but very weak.

Many things were broken in the room, including the faucet. We pointed this out on the first day and no one cared. We were not offered another room or sent a repair service. Cleanliness is mostly okay, but not very thorough.

The room was great - very spacious and clean. The hotel was in a nice, quiet location, very close to both the central railway station and the main tourist sites in central Krakow. The bed was very comfortable and sleeping was easy!

The air conditioning seemed to be on a four-hour timer, so it turned off in the middle of the night. This meant I got too hot and had to get up to turn it back on.
