Service was good, but the tv didn't work, bathroom door could not be locked, there was no fridge, no tea maker, once we got chai it was a dead flie in it..

Hotel is in prime location but staff responded with rude manners especially room service, if you ask for water today you may get it tomorrow that really hurts anyone.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in India. Receptionist gave me the wrong small room. And after moving to the new room, the booked room is dirty and smelly. not a pleasant stay.

This is pretty bad. Rooms are smelly, AC didn't work first time. Above all towel provided has Yellow spots all over. I don't want to tell further.

The stay was nice at the hotel. The plus was the cleanniness and well behaved staff, and minus was the location and no breakfast servings with booking.
