Service was good, but the TV didn't work, bathroom door could not be locked, there was no fridge, no tea maker, once we got chai it had a dead fly in it.

Hotel is in a prime location but staff responded with rude manners, especially room service. If you ask for water today, you may get it tomorrow, which really hurts anyone.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in India. Receptionist gave me the wrong small room. After moving to the new room, the booked room is dirty and smelly. Not a pleasant stay.

This is pretty bad. Rooms are smelly, AC didn't work the first time. Above all, the towel provided has yellow spots all over. I don't want to say more.
