・窓がない上に部屋がジメジメ湿っぽい ・Booking.comの表面上価格は8M VNDで値引き後2M VNDとなっていたが価格に全く見合っていない ・スタッフの対応がイマイチな上に、チェックアウト時のデポジットキャンセルを忘れられてて信用できない。そもそも500Kのデポジット取る理由が不明。 ・チェックアウト時の部屋確認に時間かかりすぎ

Phòng có mùi ẩm mốc, khi than phiền thì nhân viên có xông tinh dầu. Chăn ga không được sạch,tôi và gia đình da bị nổi nhiều mẩn đỏ ngứa. Tôi có than phiền với nhân viên nhưng họ không có phương án giải quyết.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and we were satisfied with the service. There is still some room for improvement, but we would definitely consider staying here again. Location is best
