- No windows and the room is damp and humid - The price on Booking.com was initially 8M VND, discounted to 2M VND, but not worth the price at all - Staff service is subpar, forgot to return the deposit at check-out, which is suspicious. The reason for taking a 500K deposit is unclear - Room inspection at check-out took too long

The room is musty, when complained the staff used essential oils. The bedding was not clean, my family and I developed itchy rashes. I complained to the staff but they had no solution.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and we were satisfied with the service. There is still some room for improvement, but we would definitely consider staying here again. Location is best
