Kings Cross Inn Hotel This is a very low-grade hotel (definitely not three star). The room was dilapidated with ugly, cheap MFI furniture, the bed was a creaking metal frame with a sagging, uncomfortable mattress, we couldn't have the window open because there was a noisy air-conditioning unit outside. The bathroom was outdated and scruffy and there was only a rain shower. The whole ambience was utterly charmless, cheap and uncomfortable. The only positive is the location near Kings Cross.

The location of the hotel to the train station was perfect. The room was basic but did exactly what we needed it for. The staff were friendly.

The communal areas and.the room were not particularly clean. The hallways needed a good hoover and the floor in the room was also not clean. When I booked the room it said breakfast was included and when we went down in the morning we were informed it was not.
