À notre arrivée une très belle odeur très forte de quoi nous faire croire que … Mais malheureusement le lendemain les odeurs d’égouts bien trop fortes dans la chambre une horreur Manque de prise Française. Les bruits extérieurs l’impression de dormir la fenêtre ouverte hyper bruyant impossible de dormir . En clair chambre non insonorisée ! Dans les escaliers la moquette traces de saleté Prix bien trop élevé pour cet hôtel . Ne correspond pas à un 3 étoiles. Très déçues. Je ne recommande pas

Les chambres méritent des travaux. La première chambre avait la vitre de salle de bain cassé, impossible de la fermer, du coup la chambre était froide. On a dû me changer la chambre uniquement le lendemain. Le carrelage est cassé, pour la seconde chambre impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre. Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend tout …

Location for me was perfect for getting off the train at kingscross, about a 1 min walk away and there’s a McDonald’s right there if you are dying of starvation, location is also good as it’s got the station for the tube and the trains so you can travel anywhere. I had a basement room and it had a en-suite with a toilet and big shower, the room had air conditioning which is perfect if you are a sweater, a small fridge and tv, it was very cute, the bed was very comfy and the pillows too, there was a tea station and the staff were so polite on check in and check out, even when I requested an iron.

The window in the room was broken open so got a bit chilly and hard to sleep with the outside noise but not awful, and the iron was leaking water from the power cord,

Given a room next to a very noisy exhaust the first night. Could not sleep at all. Fortunately moved to a quieter room facing the road after that. No lift access had to carry the luggage myself. No one to help as the receptionist was alone and serving other guests. Would Not recommend this place for elderly guests, those with disabilities or those with young children.

Unfortunately due to the closeness of stations and being on the ground floor. You can hear the underground trains running.
