Mixed comments: several guests praised clean rooms and good housekeeping, but others reported questionable cleanliness, unpleasant washroom smells and dust from nearby construction.

• Service9.8

Mostly strong positive sentiment: many reviews highlight friendly, professional and helpful staff; a few isolated service issues (late check-in, invoice error) were reported but overall service is frequently praised.

Negative sentiment: central/location praised for access to sites, but many guests reported an unsafe neighbourhood at night (drug activity, prostitution, homeless people) making the area feel insecure.

• Room Quality8.0

Generally positive: rooms described as spacious and comfortable with good beds, but some rooms have small bathrooms, small sinks, basement locations or noise issues from construction and limited soundproofing.

• Food and Beverage9.1

Positive sentiment: breakfast described several times as delicious with good variety and overall very satisfactory.

There was nothing about this property that was acceptable except the shower and hot water.

We arrived at the hotel at approximately 2000 hrs, the front lobby as is most of the hotel under construction Reno’s, something we were not advised of. There was no wi fi for the 4 nites we were there as guests, like the breakfast we had to use WiFi at the sister hotel across the street. The front desk staff were polite but unfriendly and appeared to us to mislead us with regards WiFi updates and repairs. There is constant hotel noise as the soundproofing is dreadful and the entire 4 nites we were there the hotel had huge teenage groups staying, which impacted the breakfast area and interior noise. This hotel until Reno’s are completed which may take 6 more months is not worth the money or services. The staff at the sister hotel called the breeze are much more professional, although the chain owners are the same
