The treatment of the reception staff, who were cordial and helped us with recommendations to visit Athens. We also appreciated that they left a bottle of water in the room every day.

Practically everything related to the stay: very deteriorated room, cleaning and maintenance problems, a lot of noise, and nonexistent soundproofing. The worst part was that we could not rest properly any of the three nights, including loud construction noises starting at 7 in the morning.
