We travelled as two families with children, with each family staying in two rooms located next to each other. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel has a laundry room with several washing machines, which was very convenient for families. Breakfast offered a good variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from a metro station, making it easy and convenient to get around the city. Or you can walk for about 20 minutes to the center. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, their English communication skills could be improved to make things easier for international guests. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to be a comfortable and convenient option, especially for families travelling with children.

One downside is that breakfast only starts at 7:00 AM. If you need to leave the hotel earlier, there is no option to request a takeaway breakfast or receive a refund for the missed meal.
