El proceso de registro no fue acogedor. Llegamos bastante tarde por la noche después de un viaje de 3 1/2 horas desde el aeropuerto, así que no estábamos de muy buen humor y ser recibidos con indiferencia no fue la mejor experiencia
The room and bathroom were very spacious and we found everything that was offered at the time of booking. We loved the detail of having a dispenser on each floor for ice, cold water, and hot water, something very practical during the stay. In addition, we received a complimentary drink at the hotel bar, a detail that we also appreciated. The location is excellent for exploring Seoul and getting around the city. The staff was very friendly and attentive both during check-in and at the time of our departure. A comfortable hotel, well located, with details that really make a difference.
