The check in process was certainly not welcoming. We arrived quite late at night after a 3 1/2 drive from the airport, so we were not in the best of moods and to be greeted with indifference was not the best experience.
The room and the bathroom were very spacious and we found everything that was offered at the time of booking. We loved the detail of having a dispenser on each floor for ice, cold water, and hot water, something very practical during the stay. In addition, we received a complimentary drink at the hotel bar, a detail that we also appreciated. The location is excellent for exploring Seoul and getting around the city. The staff was very friendly and attentive both during check-in and at the time of our departure. A comfortable hotel, well located, and with details that really make a difference.

Central air conditioning caused the room air conditioning to only adjust to a maximum of 24.5 degrees, too cold, fortunately the air conditioning can be turned off.
