• Service9.4

Staff repeatedly praised (named staff praised for being friendly and helpful; organized activities), creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Location9.0

Very central and convenient for sightseeing and transit; some guests note it's 'too central' or touristy and not in quieter neighborhoods.

Beds described as cozy and some rooms have good AC; showers and facilities noted as spacious, with isolated issues like weak toilet flush reported.

• Amenities7.6

Strong on social amenities (activities, salsa class, tours, open-air common areas) but recurring complaints about slow/unreliable Wi‑Fi.

• Value for Money9.0

Often mentioned as good value—surprisingly clean and affordable; guests felt they got a lot for the price.

• Food and Beverage8.8

Food and drinks receive positive mentions (good breakfast, tasty offerings), though breakfast was noted as somewhat pricey by one reviewer.

• Overall Experience8.0

Generally very social and fun (good for meeting people, lively events), but noise at night and Wi‑Fi problems lower the overall stay for some guests.
