The host was not easily available for assistance, the second night of our stay we had no water and amenities were finished, we called and texted to find help but were ignored, then the next day when we checked out we left the keys at the property but the host claims we didn’t and had threatened to report us to the police if we don’t return the keys, ultimately we resorted to just paying for the keys to be replaced even though we left them there which I feel is unfair.

The apartment lacked some basic amenities, such as ironing facilities and a dishwashing cloth. The pots were also quite small, and one of them did not have a lid. Additionally, the couch was a little worn out. These shortcomings made the stay slightly less comfortable and convenient, as the lack of basic amenities made it difficult to carry out everyday tasks.
