No access card was given which was a bit of an inconvenience, no dishwasher tablets either

1. There were no towels. They brought it the second day 2. Access card was missing (security had to let me in and out the first day) 3. No additional blanket in the cupboard (or no heater or anything) and it is winter! 4. No soap, shampoo or anything like that 3. Pillow case torn 4. Cutlery etc.: only one spoon and 1 glass, no dishwashing liquid to do any washing-up I have been at the Bolton, the building in which the apartment is, 6 times over the last 2 months, in units of different owners. This one was, by far, the poorest in terms of facilities and service.
