Opiniones de los huéspedes
- Cleanliness8.8
Generally clean but a guest reported an unpleasant odor on one pillow; otherwise standard upkeep for a high-end property.
- Service10.0
Staff repeatedly praised (polite, attentive concierge at night, excellent overall service); only a minor note about a less friendly morning concierge.
- Location8.1
Beautiful building but several guests noted the surroundings are unattractive and it feels far from the city center.
- Room Quality9.7
Rooms described as very pretty, spacious and cozy with unique features (tree in room, good bathrobes); some guests missed hotel staples like TV/minibar/room service.
- Amenities9.5
Spa, pool, beer garden and live-music spaces highly praised; some dissatisfaction about the spa being charged separately despite room rates.
- Value for Money8.3
Mixed — many say it's worth it for the experience, but others find it expensive (extra spa charges, basic aspects lacking) relative to expectations.
- Food and Beverage10.0
Restaurants, breakfast and the on-site brewery repeatedly described as excellent — standout culinary and beer experiences.
- Overall Experience10.0
Multiple guests call it a unique, memorable stay and 'one of the best hotels' — consistently strong positive impressions overall.
