Οτι μια διαμονή που είναι εύκολη να την κλείσεις μέσω του booking , έπρεπε να ασχοληθώ με το να κάνω τσεκ ιν με κατάθεση για ασφάλεια , με το να στείλω πριν μπω στο διαμέρισμα μήνυμα για να Μ στείλουν το μέιλ για το πώς να μπω στο οίκημα . Με λίγα λόγια η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν κάτω του μετρίου .

There was construction work right outside the apartment that we were never told about. It woke us up every single morning, and one morning a worker was standing at our window looking into our room. After we left, management accused us of smoking because of a cigarette butt and packet on the outside window ledge, left there by the workers. We did not smoke in the apartment. They ignored our explanation, offered 10% off a "next stay" for the noise, and are taking a €100 fine from our deposit. Since then they have tried to take €100 from my card four times. They are also still holding speakers I left behind, worth around €120, and have not replied about returning them. If you book here, check whether there's building work nearby, photograph the apartment and windows when you arrive and leave, and be ready to be charged for something you didn't do.
