A bit stuffy in summer and bedroom has very little room to move around.
Almost in the center between the train station and the old town. Nearby a large park with a playground. Around the corner a large shopping center with shops and cafes. Communication was fine even when using online check-in. Arrival in the middle of the night went smoothly. The equipment is almost new and of good quality. Everything is clean, I can recommend it with a clear conscience. Quiet location (September).

The view to the courtyard was somewhat stressful, but it is visible that work is being done on it. A lot of textile surfaces are used which I am afraid will be harder to maintain over time, but that's just a side note.

For me, the stairs are not good for big luggage, you need to carry up one floor then you can use the lift, after that you have to carry down one floor to my booking floor. The toilet paper (2 rolls) are not enough for 4 people for a 3-night stay.
