Tuve una experiencia extraña donde el personal del hotel me acusaba constantemente de dejar la puerta principal abierta cuando había otro huésped justo detrás de mí. Les dije que había otro huésped justo detrás de mí y me dijeron que yo era el último huésped en irse según las imágenes de video. Les dije que revisaran de nuevo porque vi a alguien, y nunca respondieron. Me sentí incómoda en la propiedad porque durante los primeros días, el personal del hotel me enviaba mensajes por WhatsApp acusándome de dejar la puerta abierta. Me pregunto si todo esto tiene que ver con el hecho de que soy una mujer india de piel más oscura.

We loved Casa Victoria. Sebastián is a very attentive host; he immediately answered our questions and promptly resolved an issue we had with the AC. The room was spacious and the bed was delicious, the best I've ever slept in my entire life. We really enjoyed the pool and despite having doubts because of other reviews about the noise, the truth is that we rested very well. It is very well located, we could do everything walking.
