I had a bizarre experience where the hotel staff kept accusing me of leaving the front door open when there was another guest right behind me. I told them there was another guest right behind me and they told me I was the last guest to leave per the video footage. I told them to check again because I saw someone, and they never responded. I felt uncomfortable in the property because for the first few days, the hotel staff kept messaging me on WhatsApp accusing me of leaving the door open. I wonder if any of this has to do with the fact that I am a darker skinned Indian woman?

We loved Casa Victoria. Sebastián is a very attentive host; he immediately answered our questions and promptly resolved an issue we had with the AC. The room was spacious and the bed was delicious, the best I have ever slept in my entire life. We really enjoyed the pool and although we had doubts because of the other reviews about the noise, the truth is we rested very well. It is very well located, we could do everything walking.

It is on a continuously high trafficked street. The hotel have done a good job soundproofing.
