La ubicación es magnifica, en pleno centro de Luxemburgo, el apartamento espectacular, super limpio, amplio y hermoso por dentro, forrado con maderas y da un ambiente de paz y tranquilidad increible.

Que se tenga que recoger las llaves en otro sitio, tienes que tomar transporte publico para ir a la dirección que te proporcionan para la recogida de las llaves, además no entiendo la política de check-in sobre las 16:30, podrían tener un poco de miramiento con los huéspedes que llegan pronto y si el apartamento está limpio dárselo en ese momento o en su defecto avisar una vez este listo para entrar. No me parece bien que te tengas que esperar hasta las 16.30 y que la salida sea a las 10:00. normalmente en todo el mundo los apartamentos suelen tener entrada a partir de las 15:00 horas y la salida entre las 11:00 y las 12:00

basically i booked this apartment last minute because our flight was cancelled so we only stayed one night… means we didn’t spend enough time there but it was a comfortable stay in a good size apartment for sure. good communication from the host (i asked if we could have an extra hour in the morning and it was approved – i totally appreciated it). the bedroom and bathroom were totally clean and neat with comfortable beds (and the sofa bed s comfortable enough) and the kitchen was good – had fun cooking our ramen noodles! we were happy with the access to a tv so we could just relax, have our noodles, and chat thats pretty much it.

the shower block itself s nice but the shower isn’t the best – a little weak.

La experiencia para recoger las llaves fue pésima. Luego de hacer la reserva nos indicaron que las llaves había que recogerlas en la recepción de un hotel que queda al lado de la estación de tren. Al llegar (en el supuesto horario de check in), nos hicieron esperar más de una hora y media porque no tenían las llaves ni sabían dónde estában. Perdimos toda la primer tarde en Luxemburgo en la recepción de un hotel, con nadie dándonos respuestas. Por suerte la persona que trabaja allí fue de mucha ayuda y muy servicial, y pudo solucionar este problema de la forma más eficiente posible.
