The location is magnificent, right in the center of Luxembourg, the apartment is spectacular, super clean, spacious, and beautiful inside, lined with woods, and gives an incredible atmosphere of peace and tranquility.

Having to pick up the keys elsewhere, needing to take public transport to go to the address provided for key collection, I also do not understand the check-in policy around 16:30. They could show a little consideration for guests arriving early and if the apartment is clean, provide it at that time or alternatively notify once it is ready to enter. I don't think it's right to have to wait until 16:30 and check-out is at 10:00. Normally, around the world, apartments usually have check-in from 15:00 and check-out between 11:00 and 12:00.

Basically, I booked this apartment last minute because our flight was canceled, so we only stayed one night... meaning we didn't spend enough time there, but it was a comfortable stay in a good-sized apartment for sure. Good communication from the host (I asked if we could have an extra hour in the morning and it was approved – I totally appreciated it). The bedroom and bathroom were totally clean and neat with comfortable beds (and the sofa bed is comfortable enough) and the kitchen was good – had fun cooking our ramen noodles! We were happy with the access to a TV so we could just relax, have our noodles, and chat, that's pretty much it.

The shower block itself is nice but the shower isn't the best – a little weak.

The experience of picking up the keys was terrible. After making the reservation, we were told that the keys had to be picked up at the reception of a hotel next to the train station. Upon arrival (at the supposed check-in time), we were made to wait for over an hour and a half because they didn't have the keys and didn't know where they were. We lost the entire first afternoon in Luxembourg at a hotel reception, with no one giving us answers. Fortunately, the person working there was very helpful and accommodating, and was able to solve this problem in the most efficient way possible.
