Camera accogliente e pulita, dotata di mini frigo e aria condizionata. Posizione ottima per il centro. Quello che fa la differenza è però l’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Pasquale. In un mondo fatto di self check-in, Pasquale rimane un oste di altri tempi. Grazie ancora di tutto!

Jättebra läge, precis vid gatan där allt händer. Boendet var jättefint och super fräscht. Där fanns allt man behövde. Ägaren va jättesnäll och trevlig, han gav oss sina bästa tips om cagliari. Vi är supernöjda😀

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pasquale hat uns super nett empfangen und war immer hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für Cagliari gegeben🌇 Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und top ausgestattet. Es ist für alles gesorgt: guter Haartrockner, Ohrstöpsel, Wasser, Waschpulver, Shampoo etc. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine süße Küche mit Waschmaschine. Außerdem sind Strandschirme und weiteres Strandzubehör in der Unterkunft was auch super ist 🏖️ Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt man ist innerhalb von 2 min in der Main Street. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist auch sehr gut, für das was man alles kriegt 😊wir kommen gerne wieder zu Pasquale!:)

Die Abdichtung des Kühlschranks war nicht mehr ganz, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir nichts kühlen mussten:)

Die Lage (innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß gibt es Supermärkte, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man fühlte sich sehr sicher), das Zimmer, Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung (es gibt sogar einen kleinen Aufzug) war perfekt und über das gewöhnliche Maß hinaus (es gab Waschmittel, Sonnenschirme für den Strand, Insektenspray)!!! Der Balkon von Zimmer 2 ist optimal für eine Tanning-Session am Nachmittag. Das Highlight ist allerdings wirklich Pasquale. Er war unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit, man konnte sich jederzeit bei ihm melden und hat uns nicht nur mit Tipps versorgt, sondern war wirklich der aufmerksamste Host den wir je hatten!! Ohne ihn wäre es nicht dasselbe gewesen.

Appartement was super schoon en mooi ingericht met mooie ruime douche. Locatie top loop zo het centrum in , Is stil zonder verkeer te horen. En dan Pasquale de eigenaar niet te vergeten, voorziet je van nuttige informatie wat te doen en waar eventueel te eten, enorm aardig en behulpzaam.

Je tiens sincèrement à remercier Pasquale pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse ayant fortement contribué à un séjour très agréable à Cagliari. Tout est propre et parfait dans la chambre, la nôtre étant équipée d’un frigo très efficace (pas comme certains minibars) et d’un balcon. Tous les équipements nécessaires se trouvent également dans la pièce commune avec une cuisine et même des parasols sont à disposition pour la plage ! C’est le genre d’hôtel que je vais recommander à mes amis et à ma famille et où je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour en Sardaigne. Le rapport qualité prix est parfait et la localisation est à une minute d’une longue rue très vivante avec bars et restaurants. Bien qu’avec cette proximité, les chambres sont très bien insonorisées et très calmes.
