We really enjoyed our stay. Pasquale welcomed us very nicely and was always helpful. He gave us great tips for Cagliari🌇 The room is very comfortable and well-equipped. Everything is taken care of: good hairdryer, earplugs, water, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. The apartment has a cute kitchen with a washing machine. Also, beach umbrellas and other beach accessories are provided in the accommodation, which is great 🏖️ The location is really perfect, you are in the main street within 2 minutes. The value for money is also very good for everything you get 😊 we will gladly come back to Pasquale!:)

The sealing of the refrigerator was not perfect anymore, but it didn't bother us since we didn't need to cool anything :)

We had the most amazing stay at Pasquale's!! The location (within a 5-minute walk there are supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping facilities, and it felt very safe), the room, cleanliness, and the equipment (there is even a small elevator) were perfect and beyond the ordinary (there was laundry detergent, beach umbrellas, insect repellent)!!! The balcony of room 2 is optimal for a tanning session in the afternoon. The highlight, however, is really Pasquale. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, you could contact him at any time and he not only provided us with tips but was truly the most attentive host we have ever had!! It wouldn't have been the same without him.

Apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated with a nice spacious shower. Top location, walk straight into the center, quiet without traffic noise. And then Pasquale the owner, not to forget, provides you with useful information on what to do and where to eat, extremely kind and helpful.

I sincerely want to thank Pasquale for his hospitality and kindness, which greatly contributed to a very pleasant stay in Cagliari. Everything is clean and perfect in the room, ours being equipped with a very efficient fridge (not like some minibars) and a balcony. All necessary equipment is also available in the common area with a kitchen, and even beach umbrellas are provided for the beach! This is the kind of hotel that I will recommend to my friends and family and where I will return on my next stay in Sardinia. The value for money is perfect, and the location is one minute away from a long and lively street with bars and restaurants. Despite this proximity, the rooms are very well soundproofed and very quiet.
