No way to check in after/early hours - very inconvenient for out of towners reaching off hours.

Room wasn't cleaned in ages, landline phone was broken which made very hectic to reach the staff or reception, no soap dispenser were filled giving reason of it has been out-of stock, bed and mattress was not comfortable, exhaust fan was nonworking making it very suffocating during bath, no hangers were provided for hanging clothes,
