My experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff behaved as though customers were there for free and showed very little courtesy or customer service. I requested an early check-in and early check-out, but I was asked to pay an additional ₹1,200. Even though the room was apparently available, I was not allowed to check in and was made to wait at the reception for nearly four hours. When I finally entered the room, the condition was unacceptable. The floor was damaged and dirty, the bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean, and the bath towel looked extremely old and worn out. Overall, it felt like the management was focused only on collecting money rather than providing a clean room and good customer experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel, and I definitely would not choose to stay here again.

Male front desk and room service staff behavior need to improve, many times they are "No responsive - casual attitude" engage in mobile. Entry Ramp is slippery, that is only entry point to hotel ( No Steps). Lift is not working on 2nd floor. Facility don't have restaurant.
